Ladies and Gentlemen! We Give You the Wizarding World of Harry Potter

Today, on May 28, 2010, WWOHP has opened its doors to host the lucky muggles that have purchased the Memorial Day Weekend Package.

The reports from those lucky ones are that the park at this moments are coming in, along with lots and lots of photos. The general reaction is that Harry Potter Theme Park is the most realistic theme park built up to day. In the photos you can see the Three Broomsticks Restaurant, Zonko’s Shop, Ollivander’s Magic Wand Shop and many more, of those places that we all read about.

Come back later on, we will also have couple of videos from the park.

So, without further ado, we bring you the most comprehensive look inside the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter.

Wow, either you are terrible at captioning photos or you really aren’t at all familiar with Harry Potter or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The first picture you have labeled as Three Broomsticks Restaurant is Kicking is completely off, in fact its completely across the street. The photo shows The Owlery, not Three Broomsticks. The second pic labeled Muggle Car, while partially correct is also lacking in any additional description. That is the enchanted Ford Anglia that was seen in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The one Fred, George and Ron Weasley used to rescue Harry from the Dursleys. The same car that was eventually crashed into the whomping willow and ended up leaving the boys behind to go and live ‘wild’ in the Forbidden Forest. Oh, and by the way, that is one of the actual cars used when filming the movie as well, not a duplicate. You’re a little closer with the third picture labeled Ollivander’s Magical Wand Shop Keeper. In actuality, they are Wandkeepers at Ollivanders. And yes, your third picture is correct in that it is a Street Performance, however again you could have elaborated at least a little to let people know that those are some of the students from Beauxbaton’s performing as part of the Triwizard Spirit Rally.
If you’re going to have a website supposedly telling people the details and ins and outs of this new addition to Islands of Adventure, at least make sure what you’re putting out there is actually detailed and correct.

OMG I’m so excited to go to the Harry Potter Theme Park!!! I agree with “Flick and Swish” on the captions. I think it was pretty cool how in the Grand Opening, Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, and other Harry Potter stars arrived in a replica of the Ford Anglia! :D
