“The Dueling Dragons” Rollercoaster Experience

We Have this great Video for all of you today. This video is a quick glimpse into “The Dueling Dragons” roller coaster. The ride is closed for renovations now, and it is reported that it will reopen on March 16 as the spanking new “The Dragon Challenge” attraction. Another attraction that will be open in harry potter theme park is , “Harry Potter and The Forbidden Journey”.

    I recently road the Dueling Dragons ride with my 10 year old son during our recent trip to Universal Studios. While not usually shaken or made ill due to motion sickness (former U.S. Navy Shipboard Sailor) and lifelong rider of roller coasters, I along with several other people became violently ill with severe headaches, dizziness, and vomiting.

    I had just entered the park with my family and headed toward the Wizarding World of Harry Potter area to see the new attractions and ride the roller coasters. After this terrible experience, I had to abandon my family and go to the Emergency Management Services Center. I was provided an area to rest which lasted 3 hours. Unfortunately, I never recovered from the ride and left the park shortly after 3pm.

    The ride will likely be re-engineered as this is apparently a complaint of several park guests. Be careful!

    Ok cool, so its like Lightning Race from Hershey Park but with an overhead hang.
