Three Broomsticks Restaurant Review

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter located in Orlando, Florida is probably one of the finest, most magical and adventurous place you can ever visit. Of course, together with awing adventure comes the question of what to eat in the Harry Potter Theme Park.
You may find that not only is it a great place to explore and have fun, but it is also a wonderful place to eat. One of the best Universal Studios restaurants is the famous Three Broomsticks Restaurant which offers a wide variety of traditional English meals served with a side of salad, veggie, potatoes, French fries or corn on the cob.

This restaurant can be found inside the Harry Potter Theme Park Orlando just between the Hog’s Head Pub where you can order the famous butterbeer and Honeydukes where you can treat yourself with your favorite wizarding sweets such as the chocolate frog.

Three Broomsticks Menu

As for the three broomsticks restaurant menu options, you may find that each meal is carefully researched to provide you a healthy, hearty meal.

You will be welcomed by cheerful and friendly crew members who will serve your food at the counter where and then you just go find a table. The Three Broomsticks Restaurant reservations are not needed or required.

Some of the menu items are as follows:

• The humble Ponoma Sprout Salad.
• The generous Mad Eye meatloaf served with, mashed potatoes.
• The giant Hagrid Hamburger served with the “fang fries”.
• The traditional Pumpkin pastries are very popular during autumn.
• Fish and Chips.
• Rotisserie Smoked Chicken Platter.
• Char-grilled Rib Platter.
• Smoked Turkey Leg.

Desserts Include:

• Dumbledore’s favorite dessert which is the Sherbet Lemon Pie
• Viktor Krum cake.

Other Universal Studio Restaurant Options.

The Hog’s Head Pub which is the adjacent building to the Three Broomsticks Restaurant takes care of the alcoholic beverages for the adults and it also offers the famous butterbeer. The butter beer is surprisingly a non-alcoholic beverage which people of all ages can enjoy. The cost is very affordable at around $3.25 while the frozen butter beer is sold at $4.25. Visitors may also order butterbeer in collectable mugs at the price of $10.64. With those information aside, one may be curious as to what does a butterbeer taste like.

Actually, butterbeer does not even taste anything like the real beer. It only looks like a beer due to the amber color and the froth at the top. Basically, the butter beer tastes a lot like cream soda topped with whip cream. J.K Rowling herself describes it as a drink with a mild sweet butterscotch flavor, and it is.

The recipe of the buterbeer served at the Harry Potter World is super-duper secret. But if you would like to make one we will post a recommended recipe in a couple of days.

Butterbeer is not the only beverage available in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter restaurants. For visitors age eighteen and up, don’t forget to try the fire whisky.

The Sirius Black and Tan is also available at the theme park which is basically a variation of the traditional butterbeer concocted by the Sirius Family. Also, try the Felix Felicis or the Almost Liquid Luck and the Drink that Must Not be Named to those who are looking for an extra adventure using their guts, not just figuratively but also literally speaking! Here is a short clip reviewing the Three Broomsticks Restaurant.

Do not have a comment as yet. We are visiting Orlando in June. My daughter wants so much to have dinner at the 3 Broomsticks. I want to make sure we have a seating at the resturant. The last time we visited we could’t get near the place. It will really compete our trip if we could have dinner there one evening. Point is I would like to make a reservation to insure that we have a spot for dinner. Is that possible?
    Thank You,
Parent of a Harry Potter Fan

Can you post the allergy warnings for the restaurant? It would be extremely helpful for those of us with food allergies that need to know if things may contain items like peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, shellfish, etc…
